Everything You Need to Stay in Sync

Simple to set up, powerful enough to handle exactly how you want your files synced.

True Two-Way Sync

Local changes upload immediately. Remote changes are pulled on your chosen interval — per folder, globally, or both. No one-way limitations.

Instant Uploads

Save a file and it's in the cloud within seconds — no manual syncing, no waiting. CloudSync watches your folders and uploads changes as soon as they happen.

Per-Folder Control

Each sync folder can override the global interval and conflict strategy independently. Or inherit the global defaults — your call.

Multiple Accounts at Once

Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, and S3-compatible storage simultaneously. Each folder maps independently to whichever provider you choose.

Fits Right Into Your Desktop

Looks and feels like a native Linux app. Follows your system light or dark theme. Lives quietly in the system tray — close the window and it keeps syncing in the background.

S3-Compatible Storage

One-click presets for Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, and Cloudflare R2. Use the visual Browse button to navigate buckets and subfolders in the setup wizard.

Easy Setup Wizard

A step-by-step wizard walks you through connecting your cloud account and choosing your first sync folder. Sign in with your Google or Dropbox account — no technical setup needed.

Desktop Notifications

Get notified when a sync completes or if something needs your attention. An in-app activity log keeps a full history of everything CloudSync has done.

Start on Login

Turn on autostart in Preferences and CloudSync launches silently with your desktop — your folders are already in sync before you open the app.

Smart Conflict Resolution

Choose how CloudSync handles files edited in two places. Set a global strategy and override it per folder.

Strategy What happens
Keep Both Copies Your local version is renamed filename.conflict_TIMESTAMP.ext and uploaded. The remote version downloads to the original filename. Both copies end up on all devices — resolve manually.
Local Wins Your local version overwrites the remote. Remote changes since the last sync are discarded.
Remote Wins The remote version overwrites your local file. Local changes since the last sync are discarded.

Default: Keep Both Copies — the safest option. No data is ever silently lost.

How often does it sync?

Check the cloud for new changes every 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 15 minutes — your choice, globally or per folder.

Files you save locally are uploaded within seconds — no waiting for the next scheduled check.

Need it now? Sync any individual folder instantly with one click from the main window.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when my subscription lapses?

CloudSync keeps running — your sync folders, accounts, and settings are all preserved. You just won't receive new updates until you renew.

Does CloudSync store my cloud account passwords?

No. Your account credentials are stored only on your own computer and are never sent to SeraVault's servers.

Can I connect multiple Google Drive accounts?

You can connect one account per provider type (one Google Drive, one Dropbox, etc.), but you can connect all five providers simultaneously. Each sync folder maps independently to whichever account you choose.

Which Linux distributions are supported?

CloudSync works on any Linux distribution that supports Flatpak — including Ubuntu, Fedora, Pop!_OS, Linux Mint, Arch, and more.

Is this related to the SeraVault encrypted vault app?

CloudSync is an independent app that syncs local folders with cloud storage providers. It does not provide encryption, secure storage, or any of the security features of the SeraVault vault app — it simply keeps your local folders in sync with your cloud accounts. It is published under the SeraVault brand but operates entirely separately.

Stop babysitting your cloud sync
