Important: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passphrase and encryption keys. Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, if you lose your passphrase or keys, we cannot recover your data.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, infrastructure failures, etc.).

If you are a U.S. government entity, the Service is a "Commercial Item" as defined in FAR 2.101 and is subject to these Terms.
